Tyler J. VanderWeele is giving a talk entitled "On the Promotion of Human Flourishing" at Sheila and Robert Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth, North Dakota State University, on November 9, 3:00 - 4:30 pm Central Time.
The event by professor Tyler VanderWeele is free and open to the public. A live audience and reception will be held in the auditorium at NDSU’s Barry Hall, where hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. Virtual attendance will be available on Zoom at www.ndsu.edu/challeyinstitute/events/. VanderWeele will focus on measures of flourishing, including happiness, physical and mental health, and meaning and purpose, as well as implications for research and public policy. Afterward, he will answer audience questions.
