Esther Salvador

Esther Galdón, M.A., holds a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering and received her masters in project management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Her main interests are Science and Technology as key parts of human development. Her abiding interest in the humanistic dimension of the organizations led her to conduct a research focused on organizational ethical culture and the role of ethics in developing human flourishing. Since 2017 she is a research member of the IECO (Institute for ethics in communication and organizations). She was also visiting Scholar at Hoffman Center for Business Ethics, at Bentley University in 2018 and at the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard.
