Wojciech T. Kaftanski
Wojciech T. Kaftanski, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow and Communications Associate at the Human Flourishing Program. He was previously a Visiting Faculty Fellow at the Program and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Philosophy at KU Leuven, Belgium. He is currently writing a book entitled “Kierkegaard's Existential Mimesis: The Aesthetic-Religious Puzzle" (Routledge). His research puts modern and contemporary thinkers in dialogue to advance the contemporary conversation on the role of imitation, imagination, and ethics for exemplarity and role modelling. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Australian Catholic University in Australia where he taught courses in philosophy and theology. Dr. Kaftanski has previously been a Visiting Scholar in the Søren Kierkegaard Research Centre at University of Copenhagen (2015) and a House Foundation Fellow at Hong Kierkegaard Library at St. Olaf (2011).
