Yes. The Human Flourishing Program’s measures can be used freely for non-commercial purposes with proper citation.
For non-commercial use (e.g., academic research, education, internal assessments), no permission is required. However, when referencing the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University or the flourishing measure in digital formats (e.g., websites or PDFs), these terms should be hyperlinked to: https://hfh.fas.harvard.edu/measuring-flourishing. Please also provide appropriate citation:

The measure has been widely used across research studies, universities, companies, and global surveys, and is available in over 40 languages. Additional adaptations and technical details, including psychometric validation, are available in the research literature.

The Human Flourishing Program is a research center and does not provide consulting services. However, we invite leaders of K-12 institutions to learn about our Flourishing Schools Project, and higher education leaders to visit our Academic Flourishing Initiative page.
