Glen Comiso

Executive Director

Glen Comiso is the Executive Director of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University's Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS). In this role, Glen oversees all aspects of the program's strategic vision, donor relations, external partnerships, day-to-day operations, and program leadership. He has extensive experience building organizations, policies and programs at the intersection of academia, government, and industry. Prior to joining Harvard, Glen worked in the president's office at MIT in various roles including Chief of Staff and Senior Director for Institute Affairs. His background also includes strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, leadership of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Collaborative, and oversight of the Mayor's Economic Initiatives group and Life Tech Boston initiative for the City of Boston. Glen began his career as an electrical engineer at Motorola. Glen received his Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
