Reece Brown

Reece Brown is the Associate Director of Impact and works to advance the program’s initiatives to drive stakeholder transformation and public engagement. He focuses on the application and dissemination of the program’s research across sectors including business, education, religion, and public policy. His career began in investment analysis before joining Arthur Brooks at the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School. Reece launched the Leadership & Happiness Laboratory with Professor Brooks where he led research and social impact initiatives around the world. Reece holds a BA in Economics from Gordon College and a Master's of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
