Roza Nalbandyan

Roza Nalbandyan, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Human Flourishing Program. She specializes in education measurement and evaluation, with research interests spanning psychometrics, machine learning, computational methods, assessment, and academic flourishing. Her work focuses particularly on measurement comparability, validity, student development, and equity in education. She received her Ph.D. in Education (Measurement, Assessment, and Evaluation) and M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, and an Ed.M. in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Columbia University, Teachers College.
