Sophie Frushell

Sophie Frushell serves as Program Administrator for the Human Flourishing Program. Her professional background spans research, program management, and operations, including supporting global research and educational programming as Operations Coordinator at Research Schools International.

A former Fulbright grantee in the Dominican Republic, she brings experience working across cultures and advancing initiatives in education, community health, and youth development. Originally from Massachusetts, Sophie considers the Dominican Republic her second (and warmer) home.

Sophie holds an Ed.M. in Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College.
