Earn a Certificate of Completion in Trauma Informed Spiritual Care

As society grapples with the consequences of the global pandemic, the ravages of war, community-based violence, and broken systems of care, the effects of complex ethical dilemmas and the impact of these challenges on the health and wellness of employees, individuals, and our communities is of growing concern.

The concept of moral injury has been increasingly recognized in recent years, leading to a growing body of research, clinical interventions, and public awareness. This recognition has spurred conversations about the importance of fostering ethical decision-making, providing support for those who have experienced moral injury, and preventing situations that can lead to such distress.

The World Congress on Moral Injury, Spirituality, and Healing brought together thought leaders from across the globe to share research and insights on the institutional, and social drivers of moral injury, and strategies for the prevention of moral injury, and evidence-informed practices for healing those who are suffering from moral injury, anxiety, PTSD,  and depression.

The World Congress is hosted on the Spiritual Care Partners community of practice platform, and recordings are available through March 2025.  Registered participants can look forward to engagement with speakers and links to tools and resources for addressing moral injury, as well as additional opportunities for networking and career development.  A link to the program will be emailed upon registration.

Those who complete the entire program and submit the requisite program evaluations will receive a Certificate of Completion in Trauma-Informed Spiritual Care.
