Long-term Support

 

Please, consider seeking long-term support. For many people, additional thoughts or feelings may emerge a few days after the Symposium, which may indicate that it would be useful to speak with someone about your reactions. It is ok and in fact may be very healing to you to get support from someone with specific competencies in counselling and/or psychotherapy. 

 

If you don’t know who to contact, search in your local area for qualified referrals: mental health professionals or public health services.
